Mighty Crow’s New Office

Early in 2024, the Mighty Crow team moved into a new office. Our growing team and evolving business needs team necessitated the move into a lager space, that could handle more people. So we put tother a wishlist of some important items we needed to have, and we found the space with all of the following on High Street, we new we had found the new “nest.” Here’s what we needed:

  1. A Functional Kitchen - Eating together is very important to the Mighty Crow team. With a microwave, a comprehensive coffee nook, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher, we have all the room we need to break bread together. This something that happens almost daily among some members of the team, and then weekly we have “Soup Thursdays where the entire team shares a homemade lunch- that’s a subject for a future post.

  2. Spaces for the Team to Gather - In addition to the meals mentioned above, our team is very collaborative, so the common area of the office contains a large table, a smaller table, and a couch area with a tv. These areas can be used concurrently by smaller groups, or combined for an “all-hands-on-deck” meeting.

  3. A Conference Space - Our team, like many teams, spends a lot of time on Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls, often with many members of our team on the same call. We needed a space to accommodate these calls behind a closed door. If you’ve recently been on a call with our team, you’ve likely seen this space!

  4. Plenty of Offices - These are the places where the hard work gets done. After the meeting and the discussions, the Mighty Crow team needs their own space to sit down and get to work. Our seven separate office spaces have ample room to handle our everyday, on-site team members

  5. A Quiet Room/Room to Grow - As part of our company-wide focus on wellness, we also wanted to create a respite space where team members can step away from work for a few moments of quiet meditation, personal reflection, or in some case, even a nap. What would be the eigth office space has been designated as the “Zen Room.”

In addition to conducting our daily work in this space, we have also been proud to host clients to conduct some important team meetings utilizing our common area and our conference room. If you think your company could make use of these, or if you would just like to stop by and see our digs, drop us a line!
