Project: CCBHC Grant Evaluations

Project Description: Mighty Crow serves as the third-party evaluator for three federal Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) grants. Funded through the Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), these multi-year awards support organizations that are implementing CCBHC programs in their local communities. These programs provide a range of recovery supports for those affected by mental illness or substance use disorders, including outreach, screening, assessment, treatment, and care coordination. Mighty Crow works with each client to ensure the programs are being implemented with fidelity and achieving the goals and outcomes enumerated in the projects.
