The first month of the year marks Mental Wellness Month as well as Substance Use Disorder Treatment Month;  one is a recognition of the impact that emotional health has on our overall wellbeing, while the second creates awareness of the struggles, stigma, and options for those seeking and offering treatment for substance use disorder.
