Project Description: The Ohio Professionals Health Program (OhioPHP) provides confidential monitoring through safe haven programs for professionals of state licensing boards. Mighty Crow has been brought on to oversee the implementation of several new safe haven programs. Mighty Crow works intimately with OhioPHP management to ensure all tasks are accounted for, timelines are realistic, and goals are being met so that the launch of these programs is smooth and there are no gaps in care for the professionals they serve.
